  1. Original passport
  2. Photographs as per specification
  3. Old passports held
  4. Confirmation form of US visa application form DS-160 stamped at the Visa Application Centre (VAC)
  5. Payment receipt of Visa application form,
  6. Visa interview appointment letter
  7. Keep the original I-129 and a copy of the Notice of Action I-797 if you are an L1 applicant.

  1. The dimension of the photo should be square, which means the height and width must be identical. The minimum dimensions of the image to be acceptable must be 600×600 pixels.

  3. The format of the photo must be in JPEG.
  4. Recommended keeping to the file size less than 240kb.
